The 140 aggressive has more fueling than the 140 extreme in the lower RPM range for stronger out of whole power. If your truck smokes excessively for more then a few seconds you have low boost pressure issues and or low oil pressure issues. With a diesel, all tunes smoke if you stomp the throttle hard, even stock until the turbo spools up and clears the smoke. There is no benefit to excessive smoke, and it just puts a bad name on the diesel industry. That is correct, we do not offer a smoke tune anymore. The mileage gains will be about the same with both tunes. I actually like running the 60E better on my truck though, especially for city driving. Most opt to go with the 80E because it offers a little more power than the 60E.
